**Terms & Conditions for Cancellation and Refund Policy**

Dear Customer, please read our refund policy carefully before applying for any loan.

1. By applying for a loan with our company, you agree to all our terms and conditions.

2. A refundable insurance charge is required during the loan processing. This charge will be refunded after the clearance of your first three EMIs, subject to terms and conditions.

3. You may cancel your loan request at any time. Please note that cancellation requests may take a minimum of 15 days, with the duration depending on the cancellation department.

4. Upon approval of your cancellation request, your refunded amount will include an interest rate of 9.5% (Note: The interest rate is subject to change based on RBI guidelines).

5. Any transaction charges applied to your loan request are non-refundable.

6. Once your cancellation request is accepted, our customer care team will not provide information regarding your loan status. For any inquiries, please contact your designated customer executive.

7. Your customer executive may adjust the date of your cancellation request, but this is contingent upon the cancellation department’s processes.

8. We cannot provide written commitments regarding the refund amount or the date of return.

9. Clients must maintain a well-managed account for at least six months prior to applying for a loan. If the bank identifies account mismanagement, they may request a Fixed Deposit to update your CIBIL score.

10. A positive CIBIL record is essential when applying for a loan with our company.

11. Should you wish to change your account number during the loan process, a processing charge of 5% of the loan amount will apply, which is non-refundable.

12. For online loan applications, in-person meetings at our office are not permitted.

13. The company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee upon refunding any amounts after a loan cancellation. The cancellation charge will be determined solely by the company.

**Note:** Loans from our company cannot be used for medical treatments or marriage expenses. If you have any physical challenges, please inform your executive beforehand.
